Pros

Pizzas are fun to make, you get to eat any of the scrap or unclaimed pizza, the work is easy.

Cons

Pay is minimum wage, phone orders aren't fun, most of your hours will be at night serving other people having a good time.

Advice to Senior Management

The managers do what they can with the hours they need to fill. As long as they stay positive and help the drivers and insiders as much as possible, there's no problem. Keep training the insiders to make sure pizzas don't need to be made twice and come out quickly.
