Don Buchwald & Associates – “Negative work environment. Poor communication.”

Pros

Good to put on resume because the agency does well in other departments. But the theater department is a sinking ship - no communication and absolutely no support system. Horrible work environment. Unhappy people. Very frusterating work environment for myself and the person before me and before him. Bad energy - very low pay. Would not recommend this job unless you are desperate to break into the industry.

Cons

No team environment, no leadership.

Advice to Senior Management

Get new agents or start communicating with eachother.
