Pros
This company is only a regional headquarters for S.E.Asia so the staff strength is around 30~50. Its fairly easy to get to know everybody working in this office since the number of empolyees is not a lot.
Cons
Because this is only a "small" company, it is inadequate in terms of departmental structures and proper standards (comparing to a bigger company with more staff and of course, a decent HR/ Admin department). Taking into account various different business unit, you only have a few members in each business unit. There are no clear standards on employees compensation. Similarly, with such a structural limitation, it is difficult to see a career progression planning for any one individual across the board.
