I have been working at Donovan & Watkins as a contractor

    Pros

    Generally easygoing, fun coworkers (usually)

    Cons

Work can be monotonous (though most people do realize this when they sign on to a project) and end abruptly - you never know when you're going to be out of a job; some coworkers can be downright crazy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please give us some idea when we can expect a project to end - I'm pretty sure there are very few people who would steal information or trash the place just because a project is ending. Anyone who has been doing this for any amount of time knows that the project has to end at some point.

Great experience, enjoyed working there for a couple years. The recruiters responded to emails and kept me updated.

I worked at Donovan & Watkins

    Pros

Colligial environment, flexible work schedule, limited supervision, helpful feedback, pay was typically at or slightly above market rate.

    Cons

Larger projects were not managed efficiently, there was favoritism with respect to promotions. Review center was in an economically struggling area.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management did a great job, with more experience they will become better, they were professional and had good interpersonal skills when giving feedback and instructions.
