Current Employee – been working at Dorsey & Whitney

Pros – Great benefits and pay. Comfortable workplace. Great people. Great location. There's a nice gym on the 9th floor and your hours are very fluid.

Cons – Not much room for growth. Rather hire a contractor to train you. As administration you will end up with the grunt work and the temp workers will get the interesting work.

Advice to Senior Management – Invest in your staff. They are very willing to learn.
