Great company, pay, and benefits.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsPlenty of work, they keep you busy most of the time. Pay is better than most. They treat you with respect. Easy to make friends with other employees. Pretty nice, newer trucks with autoshift transmissions. Awesome company parties!!

ConsThe company is ran and operated by people...and people have their faults. My biggest complaint would be that it seems that the sqeaky wheel gets the grease.

Advice to Senior ManagementReward employees for a job well done with more miles, better paying loads, holidays at home, etc instead of giving those things to the ones that complain all the time.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
