Good office interaction. Plenty of time for lunch, breaks. Work isn't too hard and the pay is fair for a part-time job.

Cons

Some management issues, not clear on who is in charge of what. Things do not always get done as fast as they should.

Advice to Senior Management

Move people up based on who would do the best. Training is important, but balance what the training can do, with what the company pays for it.
