Great colleagues. Fair compensation. A company that firmly believes in the product. People are passionate about what they do and it shows.

Cons

Be prepared to work A MASSIVE amount of hours. Management is not very forgiving to a good work/life balance. There also isn't a lot of direction given and there is a real lack of structure across the company. There is a strong political hierarchy here so be prepared to play the game from day one.
