    Cons

When u are short staffed and have a sm that is rude sneaky and dont know how to talk to her staff and not being able to get hours or spen time with your family or change your schedule for school without you feeling like somebody talking down to you and no support from your district manager at ALL

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I feel upper management in this market needs to utilize the talent at hand that make better canidates for other position other than being those that may seem qualified but are not the best fit

    Pros

Its a job with some pay and OK benefits

    Cons

Management tends tto focus more on what the problems are and not the positive
The new CEO has good insight that the company needs to turn around, however, we hear that the product is the problem and that has been obvious for the past year and nothing has changed about that
Managers here do not seem to take the repsonsibility for their own shortcomings when things do go wrong and tend to use a scapegoat for what they fail to do themselves. For example, having the tools for employees to be able to perform their job is lacking even though management has the tool themselves and should be able to demonstrate how it is used to their employees. If they cannot then they should be providing training for that.
Lack of process and improvement. Rules tend to change from day to day without notice which does not bring a good morale to this company.
Management themselves sometimes fail to properly communicate to their employees and often talk down to them in a very negative way whether they did do something wrong or they did not

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Advice is to set the better example from what you expect from your employees. Management also has rules to follow and they should not try making excuses for themselves for their own shortcomings. Take a look at the workloads that you provide people because there has been a very high turnover rate here lately. When several people are no longer with the company and do not wish to remain in contact, then this should tell you something about the way certain people get treated.

Hire appropriate amount of staffing when required to keep your company going without risking anyone's health.

Show more respect for your employees and certain managers need to take ownership for their own mistakes instead of shift blaming.
