Doubletree Corporation – “Fun place to work, but not run very well”

Pros

Everyone is very friendly, and fun to work with. The job is not that difficult. They pay you to train, and most of the people are willing to work together as a team

Cons

Often times, portions of the hotel are very disorganized. Communication amongst the departments is very minimal, and many people become frustrated with the lack of communication that goes on between the departments.

Advice to Senior Management

I think it would be beneficial to review the communication methods within the hotel. The bell staff is particularly bad at being visible and accessible to the guests.
