I have been working at Dow Chemical full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Well organized
Pension plan
Good Sr. leadership
Cons – Burocratic (big company , too many rules/regulations)
Advice to Senior Management – The Sr.management is sincere and cares about the employees but despite all that it still feels like you are a number... We are all working extremely hard now these days to be laid off some time.
