An extremely accessible executive management team that genuinely cares for the employees and puts the success of the company above their own personal success. A brilliant business model, solid margins, and geographic expansion have made for a very profitable company that has weathered the recent economic downturn exceedingly well. Competitive pay, good benefits, and a decent work/life balance make it a good place to work...but the great employees work elevate it to being an outstanding employer.

Cons

Highly traditional & oft-conservative HR practices can make the hiring and promotion processes burdensome at times. The locations are not ideal for individuals that prefer large cities.
