Great insight into the workings of a diverse, global business.

Marketing Executive (Former Employee)
London, England (UK)

ProsAutonomy, relaxed culture, ability to get involved with different areas of the business, friendly colleagues, open plan office, varied workload.

ConsCentralised management structure can really slow down responsiveness abilities with US head office taking charge for major decisions.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Dow Jones full-time

Pros: Central location, good cafeteria, gym on-site, and work/family balance. Training resources… Cons: Upper management is a mess and they keep getting promoted/raises. I don't get it. They make really poor decisions and then get rewarded… Advice to Senior Management: Start fresh by wiping out the old cronies in management. Reward some of your loyal and talented staff by promoting them and giving them… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
