    Pros

Thought provoking learning atmosphere, good intro into the financial markets and looks good on paper. Able to collaborate with others on an established product that is well known to the industry.

    Cons

A lot of red tape to go through for new ideas/methodologies, which is understood for a corporation that's already been grounded for numerous years now. Pay is poor to average.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase in pay would encourage employee retention rates

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
