Mostly good people work here, but the culture is changing.

    Pros

The majority of departments will make accommodations for employees managing the work-life balance. DJ offers good fringe benefits including life ins, a good health care plan, and on-site day care on certain campuses.

    Cons

The corporate culture is changing though (as of 2012-13). "New" CEO Lex Fenwick (plucked from Bloomberg) desires to put his own stamp on operations, but insistence on personally approving projects and budgets has slowed progress to a snail's pace. Impending split of parent News Corp into film/entertainment and publishing/news divisions has many waiting for further belt-tightening.

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
