Pros

Salaries were competitive in the Information Technology, and IT Senior Management was competent (with a few exceptions). Family-friendly and good work-life balance.

Cons

Very hard to push new technology initiatives, because Executive Management was not willing to take risks and spend money on technology.

Advice to Senior Management

Not much to recomend, since they are all gone by now (company went bust in Nov 2008 and acquired by US Bank).
