I worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

-Casual Dress -Fair work hours -Good Medical, Dental, 4% match 401k

Cons

-Unqualified employees (employees without proper degrees for their job) -Some long-term employees in critical areas are not qualified or competent -Extreme top-heavy (more managers than analysts) -Lopsided Pay. Some 'grandfathered-in' employees have enormous pay rates when their position, education, and ability should not be allocated it. -HR has a tendency to make low-ball offers to new hires -No Holiday Bonus for anyone below manager level -Attempts to transfer or get promoted can come under intense scrutiny. -Poor education reimbursement policy

    Pros

Truly there were not any redeeming traits of working at this company.

    Cons

Expectations of management team and hours out of touch with reality. Average work week is 70 hours. Company talked a lot of wonderful idas but practiced none of them.

I worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are good they start from day 1

    Cons

Work not distributed equally. Do not pay time and a half, and have little respect for employees. Long hours no family life.

    Advice to Management

Pay better and show a little bit more respect for the employees that actually keep the company afloat
