ProsGreat benefits, company vehicle, decent compensation if the hours were normal

ConsPetty drama, long hours, office politics, upper management doesn't value hard work - lets some get away with breaking company policies while being extremely strick on the hardest workers. No time off around holidays.

Advice to Senior ManagementAppreciate your employees for working hard and don't feed into the petty drama. Don't be so quick to judge or fire somebody based on one side of the story.
