I have been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group

Pros

You can move around a lot. Not necessarily up but at least able to do different things.
I feel my job is secure.

Cons

As Mr. Young says "work harder". To a lot of the management that means work unreasonable hours and brown-nose to succeed. If you don't you stay stagnant.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect and appreciate your employees. People who feel valued work better.

    The opportunity to get involved in complex projects, which helped build my skill set, was outstanding. Awesome group of people to work with. I never didn't want to go to work.

    Long hours, difficult work/home balance due to the workload.

    Corporate communication of 2nd and 3rd tier management down to field/trade level needs serious work and better understanding before critique.

    Develop simple transfer of information from top down directives.

    Allow for transparency in local bottler dealings from DPSG.
