Pros

They are really efficient to find matching positions for their candidates. I can be very quick to find a position and sign a contract

Cons

They don't call back every time. You have to do the following up by yourself with them.

A good company, but fragmented and inefficient

I have been working at Drake International

    Pros

For people in the core business of recruiting, this can be a nice place to work. Performers are recognized with contests, prizes, and so on.

    Cons

It seems like no one is focused on the big picture. There is no Drake employee community. If anything, employees seem to be back-stabbing and out for themselves. Everyone is terrified of the owner, and so tells him exactly what they think he wants to hear. Resources are not allocated to make projects successful, and so they wither and die on the vine.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a corporate intranet and reward employees for contributing to it. Stop duplicating effort and centralize systems and resources. Refine time-wasting processes like expense reports and purchase orders. Create a positive employee culture of collaboration.
