Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to look to the community for "been-there" "done-that" people who can provide not only knowledge, but the benefits of their experience and expertise to the students.

    Pros: Able to get tuition remission and great benefits. It is a very fast moving environment. … Cons: Way too much politics. if you are within the circle of trust you are good if not you get forgotten… Advice to Senior Management: Get rid of the silos.
