Dreyer's – “small company turned corporate”

the people are awesome. pay is decent. exciting products. lots of area for growth

Cons

after Nestle bought Dreyers the culture is more stuff and professional which is way different from how things used to be at Dreyer's and people are adjusting to the change. Lots of turnover in the past couple years, alot of it I think is bc of this change and transition. Also the new CEO is bringing alot of change as well. (He is part of Nestle Corp)

Advice to Senior Management

Be transparent with changes and communicate to employees quickly instead of letting it leak out through the grapevine.
