Dreyer's – “Not the same place since Nestle took over. Nepotism and politics trump all.”
Pros
Great foundation on Grooves. Great place to work on vibrant city street. Free ice cream and drinks. Good vacation package
Cons
Incredibly long work weeks. Long commute because of costly place to live. Poor senior management. Pushing out old timers for Nestle automatons. Non-competitve pay and benefits are down-graded year after year.
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of the politics and base pay and bonuses on performance, not good ol' boy network. Value what made Dreyers great int he first place.

I agree. The company is quickly straying away from the Grooves.
