    I worked at Dril-Quip full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent salary and health benefits. 40-hr work week.

    Cons

    High turnover. Work environment feels like a company that's still stuck in the 1980s. Cubicles, rigid hours and very low morale.

    I worked at Dril-Quip

    Pros

    Work is there.
    Nice Facility
    Benefits are good.
    Decent 401K
    Some of the good people are there.
    You get experience to learn.

    Cons

    Parking
    Low Morale
    No ENTHUSIASM
    NO middle management seminars.
    Some should retire out with gracefulness.
    Stuck in the 80's.
    NEED better communication within dept.
    Veteran employees need to let management manage.
    HR needs updating procedures.
    need team work classes.
    Gossip less.
    be interactive
    HELP employees encourage them.

    Step outside and see your departments.
    Encourage them get involved.
    Read up on other companies employee help programs. Do some Change!!!
