    Pros

Salary was good, but that's how they get you.

    Cons

Medical and dental are not good, I was forced to pay for a surgery out of pocket, they said it was a preexisting condition but I didn't have the illness until working there for a year.
401k matching is vested, you have to work there for 5 years before they match the full amount.
Managers are unqualified and do not know what they want, will not take advice.
You will perform the same tasks 4, 5, 6, etc times because managers do not have the experience to know what they want, you give them what they ask for and they don't like it.
Employees and managers more likely to yell than fix problems.
Shop unable to perform simple tasks in a timely manner creating continual backlogs.

    Advice to Management

Spend the time to research problems, perform root cause analysis, fix the problems.
