Pros

-Get a lot of responsibility from day one
-Decent pay

Cons

-Don't allow personal cellphones at office
-Don't allow access to personal email as well as many other websites
-Don't allow access to internet for first 6 months of employment
-16 week training program promised is almost nonexistent

    I worked at Dril-Quip full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    job started well and managed to cope with pressure.

    Cons

    kept in same position and never promoted for three years, was sexually harassed and forced to work on Saturdays with lies of other people also coming in. I had to submit for fear of losing my job. Had a nervous breakdown and then resigned..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I am sure that the CEO knew about this but turned a blind eye. I am not the only one that was sexually harassed.

    Regular working hours.
    Decent office.
    Non-competitive environment.

    Cons

    Lousy management skills
    Worst benefits and welfare with industry competitors
    Management lead with fear
    Nepotism
    No career path

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider swapping out the non-innovative management members.
    Review competitiveness with competitors to attract true talents instead of keeping rhesus monkeys.
    Boldly expand the market and stop waiting for
