Current Employee – been working at DriveTime Automotive Group

Pros – Great training, thorough. Goes over every detail of the selling process. General managers are there to help you when you need it.

Cons – Hours and schedule. Very long hours exceeding 8 hours per day. Need to find a balance between work life and free time.

Advice to Senior Management – Limit work week to no more than 40 hours maximum. Employee satisfaction will promote loyalty and dedication but a balance between home life and work life must me achieved.
