I have been working at Driveline Retail Merchandising part-time (More than a year)

Pros

I honestly can't think of anything other than the fact that you make your own schedule. That's about it

Cons

This has been one of the worst companies I have ever worked for in my entire life. Hourly rate is so low that I cannot afford to live on my own. I have to stay with my parents because of the lack of a decent salary. Unpaid admin work. Accepting and reporting work results. Unpaid printouts even though company requires you to print out your instructions. There are no perks to working for Driveline at all--except being their wage slave. This is also supposed to be a part time position but I have found myself to be working on projects 60 and 70 hours a week without any overtime pay.

Advice to Management

Treat your employees better. Follow federal hour and wage laws --for starters

I worked at Driveline Retail Merchandising full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very flexible schedule!!!!!!!! If you can't complete your work, you just let your manager know and they will fix everything for you.

    Cons

I'm sure you can move up but the job itself is unorganized and I didn't see any career development opportunities.

    Advice to Management

When people work on a project as a team, the start times should be enforced more.

I have been working at Driveline Retail Merchandising part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The more you are willing to work and the better you preform the more work you get. It allows for a flexible schedule most of the time.

    Cons

You do not get reimbursed for your paper and ink and such. Mileage is paid very low. The rate of pay is in the low side.

    Advice to Management

Pay better and you would get better work, also give an allowance for supplies.
