“Best company I've ever worked with”
I have been working at Drupal Connect full-time for more than a year
Pros – Challenging tasks, most of them have R&D part so working is not boring since every time we have something new to learn. And the company philosophy also great, during the paid job we are automatically contributing back to the community.
Cons – No specific downsides. Standardized development approach would be great to have.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!
