Cons

Departments in the Drydocks world behaves each other like rivals. The client or customer is the one who suffer. Clients time and money is wasted due to the unnecessary meeting held to find solution for the problems in between each department regarding the work allotment.
Drydocks world used to sign senior staff employment contract saying that 5 days work in a week and duty time 8 to 5. But all are compelled to work till late night with 2 days off in a month.

Advice to Senior Management

Do some surveys among the employees to get ideas for improving the working environment.
Provide food facility inside the yard. Employees used to run to the one and only one small cafeteria outside drydocks to get lunch.
