Current Employee – been working at DuCharme McMillen full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Management will leave you alone if you do a good job.

Cons – Too many to list. Terrible leadership-they have minimal education and outside experience. Have a very hard time selling. Poor commision program for the sales team. Not a good model for success. You have to kiss the top management's a$$ if you want to be successful. They don't care how good you are as long as you kiss up. management doesn't care about lower level employees nor want to promote them.

Advice to Senior Management – They don't take advice. It is their way or the highway. If you don't go with the flow, you are viewed negatively. Many great people have left over the years and are more successful elsewhere.
