Former Employee – worked at DuPont Pioneer as a contractor for less than a year

Pros – Very friendly and welcoming environment, weekly presentations, monthly potluck with exceptional bbq experts, mostly exceptional management and research team at the Hayward Facility.

Cons – the manager/"senior researcher" in Hayward Controlled environments (CE), lack of documented protocols in CE, lack of upward mobility at the Hayward facility.

Advice to Senior Management – Spending 10 of millions on new greenhouses in Iowa shouldn't affect the hundreds of thousands spent on qualified workers in California. Facilities don't make great discoveries, minds do.
