“Still a great Chemical company to work for; but its future is uncertain”
I worked at DuPont
Pros – Has long and distingushied history in the chemical industry; best for chemists, material scientists and chemical engineers to launch a career
Cons – its history can be a baggage for young people who wants to move fast in day to day as well in careers
Advice to Senior Management – take bold steps to transform the company into a vibrant and cool technology company
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
