I worked at DuPont full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Compensation in pay, bonus, benefits, flexible work schedule, travel, relocation, retirement and almost everything else monetary is good.

    Cons

Culture is slow moving and stuck in the previous century. People can combative, but they stab you in the back while smiling to your face. The status quo is praised while innovation is stifled in bureaucracy. It is better to do only one thing successfully each year, than to do 99 things successfully and one thing unsuccessfully. Presentations are more important than ideas.

    Advice to Management

All the stovepipe businesses and functions need to start acting like One DuPont, rather than just reciting the mantra.
