Pros

Stable and secure employment, good compensation and benefits, solid training opportunities and programs.

Cons

Not an energizing company, little opportunity for advancement unless you have been preordained, senoir managers are rotated through the businesses causing disruption and lack of leadership continuity, pervasive fear among managers in making decisions, more concerned with image than substance,

I have been working at DuPont full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Able to build up a career network

    Cons

As an engineer, work not challenging; work with too many people that are not innovative & creative; big disconnect in what the company says and what it actually does

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hard to advise on this since it is striking how leaders and managers do nothing to change the culture and help those who are talented and driven. Status quo seems to be the way to go.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
