Cons – Performance Evaluations merely an administrative chore, don't provide sufficient feedback for employee improvement/advancement.
Office politics play too large a part in determining an employee's future

Advice to Senior Management – Communication lacking between senior management and mid-lower level management.
Company is risk adverse, not willing to step up and take advantage of opportunities. This attitude is witnessed at all levels of management.
