Pros

The management is somewhat easy to get along with and after awile at ALCO they become a second family.

Cons

The lack of advancing. When told a task by management and the task is done very well, no positive feedback is given. The management does not tell some the employees that slack, that they need to do what thet are told and stop goofing off, and that they need to stop slacking off so others won't have to work double to try and pick up the slack.

Advice to Senior Management

This is not only for the senior management but to all managers. To give the employees positive feedback when a task is completed right. To tell the workers that do not do their jobs correctly to actually work. Some of the management members could also be less rude to not only the employees but also to the customers. They need better additudes and start being a little more professional and stop gossiping. They need to stop being hypicritical to the employees by telling them to work while they do not work and instead go outside to smoke. The management needs to stop taking smoke breaks every half hour to every hour.
