Pros

Decent salary, good bonus if you work like a slave. The company isn't bad overall but the work can be harsh.

Cons

Never knowing when you'll get to go home. Unpredicatability of the workload from work to work or even day to day.

Advice to Senior Management

Respect employee's downtime more. Less late night/ early morning and weekend emails, sometimes I want to throw my blackberry in the ocean.
