“Learned a good amount, but not a big fan of compensation in relation to hours worked”
I worked at Duff & Phelps as an intern for less than a year
Pros – -Learned a ton about valuation
-Manager was literally nicest person I've ever met
-A lot of people eager to teach
Cons – -Pay does not really justify hours worked
-Not the nicest group of people, but they have a good amount of fun
-Work can be mind-numbing at times
Advice to Senior Management – If you want to retain talent, you really have to pay your workers in line with the hours worked.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
