As a result of the consulting nature of Duff and Phelps, employees are able to gain a high degree of visability within numerous industries and business models. Although the work product is often ultimately very similar to the previous engagement, the different business models and industries keep things interesting.

As a young public company, Duff and Phelps is still establishing its corporate culture and continues to roll out new programs in order to effectively communicate and utilize its resources. With twenty plus offices the company does have a decentralized feel to it. Generally your specific office does things in its own way; however d&p is working to improve this.
