Pros

My individual group is relatively small and tight-knit. It stood out to me in the interview process from other consulting teams including hundreds of entry-level employees. This is a company where my coworkers know my name.

Cons

As a relatively young company, it has no solid volunteer/community service policy. It could also offer a better benefits package, including some kind of loan payback benefit. Lastly, name recognition is pretty hit-or-miss. If someone is highly familiar with financial services and business valuation, they may know it-- otherwise it's hard to talk about the specific firm with family, friends, etc.

Advice to Management

A lot more could be done with the company's web presence (and in PR across the board) to boost publicity and better advertise the services the company has available. Exercising leadership in doing "big company" things (i.e. matching employee donations to charity, being aggressive with publicity and name association) could be valuable both to clients and to outstanding prospective employees.
