    Pros

A very good technology advanced company with a large work backlog.

    Cons

With all the mergers the business' don't have any idea what to do next. Some of the new managers from the mergers are not competent especially nontechnical ones in technical positions. Salaries were good to great, now with all the problems not so good increase.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get back to basics. Stop letting managers burn the assists and not taking care of the long term. Like the ash. Short term profits will run you out of business.
