A candidates' experience will totally depend on the team, he/she is part of! Therefore, before joining, it is advisable to have a candid discussion on your roles and responsibilities!

    Pros

    Best product in the marketplace. Fantastic sales organization. Rolls Royce of the data space.

    Cons

    Innovation is lagging. Investment is needed in new products and the company needs to become more nimble and make some moves with acquisitions.

    Pros

    D&B tries to take care of their employees and has decent benefits.

    Cons

    D&B is not a product development company. They may have "online services" but they are 99% outsourced.
