Pros

Had a long career their and got caught up in the layoffs last year. Always treated with respect and had opportunity to advance. Company has a strong brand a leadership model which is helpful to navigate internally and externally when challenges arise. They are very supportive in training and teaming model to help each other succeed. The appreciate initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.

Cons

The company continues to lay people off and the atmosphere is a little thick with fear and distraction presently. They need to get back to the fundamentals of recognition and appreciating small wins instead of just looking broadly and saying all results are bad.

Advice to Management

Get back in touch with frontline people. Senior Leadership is too caught up in the problems and causing angst, communicate the good and be in touch.

    Pros

Professional environment with dedicated workforce. Teams work together to get results with accountability Bonus and commissions paid according to performance

    Cons

Time off is difficult to take as workload is heavy and consistant. Leadership changes frequently and can be problematic for weekly reporting changes.

    Advice to Management

keep the above and beyond quotas attainable throughout the year which will encourage all sales members to keep momentum going for the entire year.

    Pros

Pay was decent for me (at least). Others I found were dissatisfied.

    Cons

Too much offshore work going on there going to single company. Lack of perspective to complement current move forward. Can be too political at times. A lot of lay offs an re-orgs that affect personal perception at that company. Everyone is trying to protect themselves.

    Advice to Management

    Keep an open mind.
