Pros

there was a small base

Cons

if they like you you get good leads to call, if they do not well... a horrible company and experience

Advice to Management

treat your inside sales people as people, allow variances in goals for time taken off. pay a fair commission and stop the nepotism involved in management

    Pros

People are very nice and mean well. Great sense of teamwork and collaboration. Personal development options are plentiful.

    Cons

Anything greater than 3 months out doesn't get done. Finance seems to play a bigger part in the day to day stuff than almost anything else.

    Advice to Management

    Think beyond your next bonus.

    Pros

They offer a decent benefits package. That's about it.

    Cons

So unorganized. Had 5 bosses in less than a year. They beg you to be open and honest and then stab you in the back. You go through this insanely quarterly review process and if you meet you goals they always come up with a reason to low ball your ratings. BS. The worst place I ever worked. Don't accept a job there. You will regret it.

    Advice to Management

When an upper manager in HR (from Pepsi) in less than 6 weeks, that should tell you something. Pay more attention to the folks bringing the money into the doors and less about your stock options. They don't care about their employees at all.
