“Good for the resume.”
Current Employee – been working at Dunbar Armored part-time for more than a year
Pros – Awesome Job title
Lot's of responsibility.
Gaining customer service skills.
Safety bonuses.
Christmas gifts.
Sharpening your awareness.
Not being stuck in an office or warehouse.
Carrying your own firearm.
Being in charge of your route.
No supervisor staring down at you..
Cons – Old Equipment
Old Trucks
Pay
Back problems from coin/bending in smaller trucks.
No supervisor staring down at you.. (unless you make a mistake) even if you didn't know due to lack of training..
Advice to Senior Management – The employees are your best asset, Pay them more. Implement a "better" training program.
