Current Employee – been working at Duncan Regional Hospital

Pros – Duncan Regional Hospital is a great place to get started in a nursing career. Coworkers are very willing to share knowledge and skills.

Cons – Poor communication between upper management and employees cause lack of trust in managers. Once assigned a position it is hard to transfer into another position - even when qualified.

Advice to Senior Management – Honesty builds trust and long term commitment from employees. If you want to build a committed team that is willing to work hard for you be honest, give feedback when needed, and provide opportunities for growth based on identified needs.
