Good learning experience

ProsDuncan Regional Hospital is a great place to get started in a nursing career. Coworkers are very willing to share knowledge and skills.

Advice to Senior ManagementHonesty builds trust and long term commitment from employees. If you want to build a committed team that is willing to work hard for you be honest, give feedback when needed, and provide opportunities for growth based on identified needs.
