Benefits are "okay", free work shoes with an extra pair per quarter.

ConsFar too intense with unrealistic daily selling targets.
What would be impossible for you, is "do-able" for management.
Management can be very patronizing.
Not a male friendly environment.
Sales incentives are badly organised with minimal pay rises, the starting pay is really really low.

Advice to Senior ManagementGo through all the features and benefits of every product with a new start. Be more organised with sales incentives which should actually an assessment of the employees work, then go over it with them. Rather than taking one aside and telling them what they should do better. Pay attention to your employee satisfaction, not just customer satisfaction.
