Pros

This particular franchise has been the best paying in the 19 years I have been the Dunkin system.

Cons

I think the Dunkin corp. and franchises should give special recognition to peo[le who have spent years working for them.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

When passing over senior emplyees for management, you should make the jesture of offering it to us, even if whe say no.

    I worked at Dunkin' Brands full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    1st 6 months with the company is great

    Cons

    after 6 months you are expected and more/less required to work 60 hours, however, you are only paid for 37 hours each week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper management does not answer their phones nor do they return calls to their employees. They more/less hide from everyone. Upper management needs to learn the right way to treat and respect employees.
