Pros

Flexible schedules for the most part.
Free food while working.
Not too stressful.
Most customers were nice even if their order was not done correctly the first time.

Cons

Very strict management and owners.
Woke up very early for some shifts since many stores open early or are 24 hours.
Some customers got nasty.
Mornings are very very busy on the weekends and around holidays.

I worked at Dunkin' Brands part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I got this job when I was 16 and stayed with it until I went to college last year. It was great in that during breaks I was able to come back and work for them. Also an awesome perk was the Free food and drinks. I would say for a first job it really is a good job when I compared them to my 2nd and 3rd job at Dominoes and Red Robbin.

    Cons

The worst things about the job are the costumers and the hours sometimes. When you work in a busy place like Dunkin' Donuts there are people are constantly complaining about silly things. If you can put on a smile and just say I will fix that you will generally do well. Also the morning shift can sometimes be hard to wake up when opening the store at 4:30 in the morning.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow employees to make tips, it really helped towards my college fund!
