I have been working at Dunkin' Brands full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I work for a franchise under the Dunkin Corporation and they guy is totally chill. Food and drinks are free while on the job (you have to use a special cup for drinks though, but you are supplied with it) Everything is pretty fair. Great customers, amazing management. Really can't complain.

    Cons

Because one of the two stores (same franchise) is a satellite store, there are less girls employed and so calling it is a little tricky but we make it work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should probably find the time to have a store meeting because some problems can go on for too long with the night crew.

I worked at Dunkin' Brands full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Industry best analytics and predictive capabilities. Iconic Brand name. Dedicated, smart and focused field force.

    Cons

Lip service to "life/work" balance. Way too focused (as a public company) on predicting financial numbers to the point of over-pressuring field staff and over-burdening them with forecasting. Hard to acheive resuts when you spend so much time on "corporate forecasting needs and reports" vs actually focusing on the job at hand! Lip service also to "field support" from the corporate office. No loyalty to their people or their committment to help grow their people.
